Warren Armstead is the genius behind the brand 5 Points To Wellness and the board game Test Mind, Exercise Body (TMEB). Health and education are two passions he’s always had which was reflective of how active and fit he’s always been. No matter his situation, Warren always made sure his body was in great health.

One day, Warren had a dream of creating a brand that made getting fit easier, and learning fun. Having a son in 1989 with a disability, he understood the need to make the brand inclusive. Warren believes health is not just the physique of one’s body. He believes the best health of someone includes each of these areas: Mental, Community, Physical, Family, and Spiritual. These 5 points, if are always nurtured, keeps one in the best health possible. With the passion of his belief of ‘best wellness’ is how 5 Pts To Wellness was established.

After the vision of 5 Pts To Wellness, Warren had the idea of creating an activity that was educational, fun, and focused on getting fit. He came up with a trivial board game that challenges the players through exercising. From that idea TMEB was birthed. This game would be designed to keep everyone, regardless of age or disability, engaged and active.

For Warren, 5 Pts To Wellness is not just a brand, but a team on a mission to change the health and wellness of each player one game board at a time.
