Arielle’s journey to wellness has not been singular. As a teenager she played sports and stayed active. As an adult she did not find exercising fun or entertaining. Arielle felt, as long as she wasn’t ill or sick that she was in good health. Through various experiences Arielle learned that health was far more than not having a sickness or disease.


Arielle shares the same sentiments of 5 Pts to Wellness as her Uncle Warren. In partnering with Warren, Arielle was encouraged to balance her own wellness. For Arielle, her faith in Jesus is the most important point. Yet, Arielle knows how invaluable community and family are to the stability of one’s mental health and how investing in one’s physical health is critical to sustain the body for many years.


Miss Lane believes in the vision and encourages others to create a healthy balance. Arielle desires to see people become their best selves and truly believes these points all work together. Along with financial and emotional stability, she encourages her community to embrace all the 5 Pts Of Wellness.
